Yes. Our proprietary engine is optimized for high-density traffic, performing significantly faster than standard PHP/MySQL implementations. We have successfully managed conferences with over 5,000 submissions, handling peaks of 6,000+ daily sessions.

What are the platform's network capabilities?

We utilize a 1Gbps backbone, allowing us to accept over 300 standard-sized submissions per second. This high-throughput infrastructure easily handles large-format uploads, including high-resolution video presentations.

What is the guaranteed uptime?

IGERS maintains a verified uptime of 99.99%, operating 24/7/365 to ensure global accessibility for authors and reviewers across all time zones.

How is institutional data protected?

We utilize real-time database replication across three geographically distributed backup servers. In the event of a primary server disruption, we can facilitate near-instantaneous data recovery.

III. Customization & Globalization
Can the platform be tailored to specific models?

IGERS is highly modular. Chairs can adjust configurations for submission types, review protocols (single/double/triple-blind), and proceedings generation at any stage of the conference lifecycle.

Is non-English content supported?

The platform utilizes full Unicode support, allowing research data to be stored in any language (Chinese, French, etc.). While primary navigation instructions are currently in English, a multi-language UI is under active development.

Operational Basics

Account Creation

Accounts are managed globally. Once created, a single profile can be used for multiple conference roles (Author, Reviewer, or Chair).

Hosting Protocol

IGERS is a managed web service. We do not support local installations to ensure the highest standards of security, performance, and automated updates.

Agile Updates

We utilize a continuous deployment model, integrating system enhancements and security patches several times daily without service interruption.
